Delivery & Returns

Thank you for choosing to visit and shop at Nudeyewear.com. We are committed to providing you with the best service and quality products. As such, we would like to share our Shipping and Refund Policy with you.

Shipping: Our delivery time is between 14-25 business days. Please note that preparation for delivery, which includes quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc., may take 1-7 business days and is not included in the overall shipping time. Our E-Packet Delivery System allows you to track your order from the moment it is shipped until it arrives at the destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), which will become active as soon as the product is shipped.

If you accidentally choose the wrong product, you may make changes within 24 hours after payment has been processed. Otherwise, we will proceed with the order processing. Before selecting your product, please read the size charts carefully and do not base your size selection on habits. We are liable for the post-delivery after it arrives at the destination country, and every order comes with a tracking number. If your package does not successfully deliver and is returned, it is typically due to insufficient address information. In this case, "Returned to Sender" will be stated on your tracking information.

Return Policy: We have a no return policy, but if the product is damaged or has factory malfunctions or if you receive the wrong product, you can contact us for a return, exchange, or refund. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. NudEyewear does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. Please note that products that are damaged on purpose are not valid for refunds.

Refund Policy: A full refund will be granted if a package is lost in transition (if the customer does not arrange a reshipment), or if it does not arrive within 60 days from the time of shipping. Products that are damaged from the manufacturer can be refunded or reshipped, and in order to report a claim, all packages must be kept. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. Sale items are not subject to refunds unless they are damaged.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that NudEyewear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
